This page sets out all the conditions, rights and responsibilities for using the zeet baji platform. Reading this in full before creating an account is mandatory.
By using the zeet baji website or mobile app, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any condition, please stop using the site.
General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between zeet baji and each individual using this platform ("User"). zeet baji is an online betting and casino platform that provides services in Bengali for Bangladeshi users. These Terms apply in both Bengali and English; however, in the event of any dispute, the English version will take precedence.
zeet baji's services include sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games and other digital entertainment activities. These services are available only to users who meet the legal age requirement and comply with these Terms.
These Terms may change from time to time. Continuing to use the site after any change takes effect means you have accepted the updated Terms. The latest Terms will always be available on this page.
Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility
To open an account on zeet baji and take part in any betting or gaming activity, a user must be at least 21 years of age. zeet baji may request a government-issued ID or other documents at any time to verify age. If an account is created using false information, it will be closed immediately and funds deposited may be forfeited.
Each user may hold only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and all bonuses will be considered void.
2.2 Registration Process
Providing the correct name, mobile number, email address and date of birth is mandatory when creating an account. If the information provided is incomplete or false, account verification may not be completed. Withdrawal may be restricted until account verification is done.
During registration, the user must choose a strong password. The password must be at least eight characters long and should include numbers and special characters.
Account Security
The user is required to keep their account login details confidential. Sharing or giving login details to anyone else is strictly prohibited. If someone else uses the account, the account owner bears full responsibility for those transactions.
If a user suspects unauthorised access to their account, they must notify the zeet baji support team immediately. zeet baji will act quickly to secure the account. However, zeet baji will not be responsible for losses caused by the user's own negligence.
zeet baji uses OTP-based two-step verification. Sharing the OTP sent to your mobile during login with anyone else is not safe, and the platform will not be responsible for any losses resulting from such sharing.
Deposit and Withdrawal
4.1 Approved Payment Methods
The methods currently available for depositing and withdrawing funds on zeet baji are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank may be used.
Funds sent through any method outside this list will not be accepted, and zeet baji will not be responsible for returning them. Transactions via cryptocurrency are not accepted.
4.2 Limits and Processing Time
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this time may increase if account verification is in progress or additional verification is required.
It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawal as was used for the deposit. If that is not possible for any reason, the support team should be contacted.
4.3 Third-Party Transactions
Using someone else's account to deposit or withdraw — other than a payment method registered in your own name — is strictly prohibited. If a third-party transaction is detected, the account may be suspended and the related funds may be frozen.
Bonuses and Promotions
zeet baji offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earning a ৳1,000 bonus gives a balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering required is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
To receive a bonus, the specific conditions listed on the promotions page must be met. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the required wagering has been completed.
zeet baji also provides VIP cashback benefits for existing members. VIP is divided into three levels: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week.
If any fraudulent activity is carried out to obtain bonuses — such as creating multiple accounts, providing false information or manipulation — zeet baji reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonuses and suspend the account.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting Rules
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled; however, zeet baji may offer a cash-out option on certain games. The server-side logs of the relevant game provider are considered the final evidence in determining bet results.
For live event bets, if a bet is cancelled due to an internet connection issue or delay, it will be settled according to the platform's policy. The platform's decision in such cases is final.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a technical fault during a game or betting session produces an abnormal result, zeet baji reserves the right to cancel that round and return the stake. In any incident caused by software or network problems, the related funds may be held until the investigation is complete.
6.3 Responsible Betting
zeet baji advises users to bet consciously and within their means. Betting is a form of entertainment and should not be used as a source of income. Read the Responsible Gaming Policy to learn about setting limits and self-exclusion.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on zeet baji:
- Operating an account on behalf of or for the use of minors
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose
- Placing artificial bets or manipulating accounts to obtain bonus benefits
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation
- Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts
- Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage
- Harassing or threatening other users
- Attempting to verify an account using a false identity or fake documents
- Making or receiving payments using a third party's account
Involvement in any of the above activities may result in permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of related funds. Relevant authorities may also be informed if necessary.
Intellectual Property
The zeet baji website, mobile application, logo, designs, game layouts, written content and all other material are entirely the intellectual property of the platform. Users may view this content for personal, non-commercial purposes but may not copy, modify, distribute or use it commercially in any way.
Sharing screenshots or content from the zeet baji website on social media for personal use is acceptable; however, using such content for misleading or fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited.
Service Suspension and Account Termination
zeet baji may temporarily suspend any user's account at any time for investigation purposes. If a breach of terms is proven during the investigation, the account may be permanently closed.
Users may also close their own account. Any valid funds in the balance must be withdrawn before closing the account. No bonus or promotional offer can be claimed after the account is closed.
zeet baji may limit its services for a specific period due to maintenance or technical reasons. Users will be notified in advance of such interruptions wherever possible.
Limitation of Liability
zeet baji makes every effort to ensure the technical reliability of its platform. However, the platform is not directly liable for losses caused by internet service disruptions, server issues from third-party game providers or other external factors.
In no event will zeet baji's liability exceed the original amount of the bet or transaction concerned. Claims for indirect, incidental or consequential losses are not accepted.
The terms and conditions of third-party game providers also apply. In disputes relating to the rules of a particular game, the game provider's decision is final.
Privacy and Data Protection
The collection, storage and use of users' personal information is discussed in detail on the Privacy Policy page. By accepting these Terms, you are also considered to have accepted the Privacy Policy.
zeet baji keeps users' information secure through SSL encryption and other technical measures. Users' financial information is not shared with third parties; however, information required for payment processing may be passed to the relevant payment gateway.
zeet baji reserves the right to provide identity-related information about users to relevant authorities if required for account verification and anti-money laundering purposes.
Responsible Gaming Commitment
